Welcome to We understand that buying a pet online requires a great deal of trust, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) describes the process for refunds and returns.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the safety and health of our chinchillas, we are unable to accept returns. Once a chinchilla leaves our facility, it cannot be returned for the health and safety of our other chinchillas.

2. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed and the chinchilla has not been prepared for shipment. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order.

3. Refunds

In the unlikely event that your chinchilla arrives in an unhealthy state or does not survive the journey, we will need a detailed description of the issue and photographs. If we determine that the chinchilla was unwell or the death occurred due to conditions within our control, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

4. Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that we have not provided, please contact us directly to discuss the issue. We strive for customer satisfaction and will do our utmost to resolve any problems that arise.

5. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. We will post any changes to this Policy on this page. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
